Welcome to TwoChairs. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TwoChairs. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.
• You may not transfer or share your account with anyone.

3. The Weekly Cycle

TwoChairs operates on a weekly cycle. By participating, you agree to:

• Upload authentic video content ("Loopies") that represents you honestly.
• Pick who you're genuinely interested in.
• Engage respectfully with your matches.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or violence
• Promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment
• Infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or impersonates another person
• Contains spam, advertising, or solicitation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading to TwoChairs, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and process your content as needed to provide the service (e.g., showing your Loopie to other users in your matching pool).

6. Matching & Privacy

We use your picks and profile information to find compatible matches. You understand that:

• Matches are not guaranteed every week.
• Limited profile information is shared with your match.
• Chat messages are private between you and your match.

7. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase and governed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which you subscribe.

8. Prohibited Behavior

• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app or its algorithms.
• Do not use TwoChairs for any illegal purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

TwoChairs is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoChairs's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TwoChairs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
