Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Two Chairs is operated by Promixa Labs, Inc. ("we", "us"). Two Chairs is a dating app for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any sexualised content involving minors. This page describes our standards and how to report a concern.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Two Chairs. We collect a date of birth when an account is created, and our servers reject any sign-up that does not meet the minimum age. Accounts we find to belong to someone under 18 are removed.
2. What is prohibited
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or sexualises minors, including CSAM
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to contact minors
- Using the app to arrange or facilitate the abuse or exploitation of a child
Violations lead to immediate and permanent removal from Two Chairs.
3. How we prevent and detect abuse
- Moderation of uploads. Videos and images users upload are checked by automated content moderation, and content that fails is rejected.
- In-app reporting and blocking. Every profile can be reported or blocked from inside the app. Reports are reviewed by our team.
- Limited exposure. Users are not shown to each other publicly. Each person is introduced to a small set of people per cycle, and chat opens only after a match.
4. How we respond
When we find or are told of content or conduct that violates these standards, we remove the content, disable the account, and preserve the relevant records. Where we identify apparent CSAM or a child at risk, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by applicable law, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
5. Report a concern
In the app, open the profile and choose Report. You can also contact our designated child-safety contact directly at [email protected]. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the US you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
6. Compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms.
